Global Price Adjustments

Paragon will be raising its prices starting October 31st. The average price increase will vary from product to product but will average 11%. We are letting you know as a courtesy so that there are no surprises.

We do not take this price increase lightly and understand that it may cause some headaches. Due to the ever-increasing costs of running a small business, it is something that we have to do to stay viable. Our business model provides a living wage with benefits for our employees, and precision parts that are backed up by excellent support and customer service. The goal of raising our prices is to be able to continue doing this.

Concurrent to price increases, we will be introducing a new discount structure. Pricing will no longer be determined by part quantities purchased. Instead, we are moving to a tiered discount system based on your total purchase amount in 2023; discount tiers will start at $5,000/year. Our goal is to allow frame builders to take advantage of discounts on our whole product line rather than being confined to purchasing larger quantities than they need. An analysis of our sales data shows that most of our customers were not benefiting on a broader scale with the old system. Skewer, tube block, and bolt upgrade discounts will remain in effect.

It's not all price increases though! We will be lowering prices on popular cable guides, cable stops and cable clamps. We hope this will help make up for the loss in bulk discounts for those who utilized them. The base price for guides and stops in titanium will be $6.95, stainless steel $5.95, and steel $2.95. Aluminum cable clamps will be either $2.95 (single or double) or $3.95 (triple or quadruple). We will continue to price low demand parts of these categories individually.

Change inevitably comes with challenges, concerns, and confusion which is why we encourage you to reach out directly by email or phone. We are happy to discuss these changes with you personally and try to find a solution that is mutually acceptable.

We greatly appreciate your continued support.
