6/4 Titanium

• ID sizes: 1-1/4" and 35 mm

• Back has a 3" diameter for mitering of 1-1/8" or 1-1/4" diameter extensions

• 1-1/4" back stem plate has an "X" pattern cutout through the plate to minimize distortion and reduce weight

1018 Steel

• ID:  1-1/4"

• Back has a 1-1/8" diameter counterbore to accept a square-cut extension

  • 1-1/4" extensions will work if they are mitered 3" diameter

• No cutout to keep water from getting in the extension

• Must be vented through the steerer clamp to avoid water intrusion

• 6061 aluminum: tumble-finished bare or black anodized

• Supplied with four M5 x .8 x 16 zinc-plated steel socket head cap screws

Deposit

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required prior to start of production

• The balance is due upon shipment or at pick up

Fabrication

• The crown race diameter must be turned down to the final dimension after fabrication to help eliminate distortion during welding.
